Vinyasa power flow is a moving meditation by linking breath with a steady flow through sun salutations. You will build strength & tone muscles, increase flexibility, reduce stress levels and leave class feeling recharged. Ideal for experienced yoga students aiming to deepen their yoga practice!

Calm Flow (Crystal)

Slow hatha style; more focus on stretching, allignment and final meditation to nourish the mind, body & soul. Ideal for mature and beginners

Gentle/beginners (Caty)

Static poses designed to refine allignment, regulation of breath control and overall body, mind & spirit harmony & relaxation. Ideal for mature & beginners.
