Vinyasa Dynamic Flow (Crystal)

Classes incorporate moving meditation by linking breath with movement based on a rapid flow through sun salutations. You will build strength & length to muscles, increase flexibility and leave class feeling mentally & physically recharged. Ideal for more experienced yoga students aiming to deepen their yoga practice!

Calm Flow (Crystal)

Classes are a Slow hatha style; more focus on stretching, allignment and final meditation to nourish the mind, body & soul. Ideal for mature students and beginners.

Gentle/beginners (Kate)

Classes are very therapeutic and nourishing for the body, mind & soul. Gentle strength to muscles, stability to joints; focus on body alignment. Ideal for new yoga students or students requiring a mellow class.
